Buddhist Consecration Powder - Wat Sakai / Wat Nathan Nok.
Consecration powder for statues of Buddha and Stupa.
Composed of spices and sacred herbs, this powder has a smell of turmeric,
it is used to protect the texts and Mantra from insects
that we place in a statue to charge it.
This powder was prepared and consecrated in a joint ceremony
by the Venerables of two Temples in the Ayuthaya region:
- Wat SaKai (Temple of Most Venerable LP Dooh)
- Wat Nathan Nok (Temple of the Very Venerable LP Men)
