Old tradition say that this type of amulet is to be worn by lady,
to make them more charming and desirable.

An old Thai saying is that
"a lady who wears Phra Nang Phaya is like the Queen bee
amongst other ordinary bees".
Meaning that she will look a lot better and more desirable
than any other girl around her.
